Orders

Orders are accepted by Internet, email, fax, or phone. Phone orders will by processed based on the content of the confirmation email. All imprinting is in English and/or Hebrew characters.

Colors

The appearance of colors depend on your computer hardware and operation systems. Colors are depicted as accurately as possible, but might slightly vary.

Cancellations & Changes

Order are considered final, and can only be changes or canceled in writing, by email, or fax. a minimum cancellation charge of $10 or 8%, which ever is higher, may be applied. items imprinted before cancellation or change will be billed accordingly.

All orders of individual kippot are non-exchageable.

Returns

Orders must to be checked when received, and errors or damages must be reported within five days. Merchadise must be shipped for return within ten days. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused or sent back. Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or a credit will be issued. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned.

New York State Sales Tax

As required by law, we collect New York Sales Tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York State. We do not charge tax on orders shipped outside of the state.
